Founded by New York culture and nightlife impresario Andre Gonzalez in 2008, Playdate Bike Club began with a vision to provide New Yorkers with a stylish and fun way to get around our wonderful city and ended with a brand-new style of bike: an East Coast High-Rider.

The city cruisers of Andre's youth provided inspiration to originally build these modern High-Riders from recycled, refurbished and retro-fitted parts, now available as new production models. All Playdate bikes feature an instantly recognizable and unique design style featuring upright handlebars, downsized steel frames, and plenty of chrome, marrying fashion and function unlike any other bike on the market.
